Ingredients
- 1Kg fresh abalone or 3 tins of canned (425g) abalone, cut into small thin slices
- 2 red bell peppers and 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 doves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 250g mushrooms, chopped
- Salt and pepper (quantity as needed)
- 250ml Cream
Method
Serves 2 -4
- Chop up all the peppers, onions and garlic
- Add to pot with melted butter
- Fry the ingredients until soft and brown
- Add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper and stir with the other ingredients
- add the sliced abalone
- stir abalone and ingredients for one minute
- add cream then lower the heat
- simmer for 5 minutes
